Amy Pejic supports studio operations across Battlefield Studios Europe, helping teams deliver large-scale game experiences across multiple studios and disciplines. With 20 years in the games industry, she has contributed to some of gaming's most recognized franchises, including Battlefield, Fable, Gears of War, UFC, NHL, Skate, and Def Jam. Prior to joining Criterion Games, Amy held roles at Playground Games, The Coalition, and several EA studios across North America. She holds degrees in Political Science and Creative Writing, bringing a unique perspective on leadership, collaboration, and complex problem-solving. Outside of work, Amy is a wife, mom, and dog mom who enjoys reading cookbooks and home renovation projects.
