With a career spanning nearly two decades in VO production, Sini Downing is a veteran of the games industry. If you’ve heard a character speak in a game you’ve played in the past few years, chances are Sini helped make it happen. As Creative Director for Audio at Side, Sini oversees the teams guiding developers’ visions through Casting, Directing, Writing, and Studio Experience, resulting in fantastic performances that enhance each game. Throughout her career, Sini has spearheaded initiatives to advance industry standards, from championing fair treatment for actors to mentoring aspiring talent through various programs. Her extensive project management experience includes contributions to acclaimed titles such as The Witcher series, Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate, and Cyberpunk 2077.
