Reedah El-Saie, is a UKie Board Member and the founder and CEO of multi-award winning EdTech Gaming studio Brainspark Games.
Brainspark Games is building free, culturally inclusive, AI-powered, Augmented-Reality, educational mobile games, aligned with the national curriculum, for primary and secondary (I/GCSEs) pupils. Pioneering Neurogames technology, the company condenses 12 weeks of term-time learning into just a few hours of fun fast gameplay as they embark upon their mission to revolutionise the way children ‘learn-through-play’ ensuring no child gets left behind!
Considered one of the UK’s high growth gaming companies, and featured in the Prime Minister’s Council for Science & Technology (CST) ‘Harnessing R&D in the UK Creative Industries’ report; “Innovative companies such as Brainspark Games highlight the potential for gaming to engage and support neurodiverse children through alternative approaches to education,” Oct 2023, Brainspark Games has successfully pitched on national television and international pitch competitions.
Reedah has been awarded over £1.7m in 8, highly coveted and extremely competitive, Innovate UK government grants including; Smart grant (2025/26), ‘Investor Partnership’ grant (2024/25), ‘Design for Net Zero - Climate Game’ grant (2024), ‘Inclusive Innovation Award’ (2023-24), ‘Women In Innovation Award’ (2022-23), Smart Grant (2023/24), ‘MindsetXR - NeuroWellbeing Technology’ (2023), ‘Audience of The Future - Climate Game’ (2022), in addition to raising angel investment led by The UK Games Angels, FOV Ventures and Wahed Ventures.

Reedah graduated in Law from the London School of Economics, read a Masters in Law from UCL before qualifying as a barrister. She spent several years working as a management consultant before launching a number of businesses in the creative industries and later working as a Portfolio/Project Manager working in the UK and Middle East, managing a portfolio of 65+ projects valued in excess of $1.3bn.
Reedah is married with three children and lives in London.
