Julia Bianco is a champion of authentic performances and diverse voices in interactive entertainment. As the Co-Founder and COO of The Halp Network, she provides innovative casting solutions for leading studios like Nintendo, Riot Games, Insomniac, Supergiant, and Epic Games, bringing distinctive talent to life in projects across gaming, animation, film, AR/VR, and emerging technologies.

Her casting credits include acclaimed titles such as The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, Marvel's Spider-Man 2, and Hades II. Julia also played a pivotal role in casting Riot Games’ Arcane, coordinating the original cast and table reads for the Emmy-winning series. She is particularly proud of her work on DONTNOD's Tell Me Why, which introduced gaming’s first playable transgender protagonist and set new standards for authentic representation.

Since co-founding The Halp Network in 2018, Julia has partnered with some of the most innovative studios in the industry, including Epic Games and Electronic Arts, helping to bring their ambitious narratives to life. Her leadership extends beyond casting, as she advocates for evolving practices that emphasize inclusion and authenticity.

Julia shares her expertise as a board member of BAFTA North America, industry speaker, and author. Her book, The Art and Business of Acting for Video Games, serves as a comprehensive guide for emerging voice talent navigating the intricacies of performance capture.
