Lee is a Managing Associate in Lewis Silkin’s award-winning Employment Law team and specialises in global acquisitions, TUPE and the contingent workforce. Lee heads Lewis Silkin’s specialist contingent workforce group and has extensive experience advising on more unusual working arrangements, such as self-employed contractors (including IR35 matters), agency workers, secondees, interns, zero hours workers and apprentices. Lee also heads the Firm’s specialist TUPE group and regularly advises on outsourcing of services contracts and people-related issues. Lee is a key member of the Firm’s Media & Entertainment practice and assists numerous clients in this sector with their national and international employment law requirements.
