Cinzia Musio(She/They) is Interim CEO for Code Coven, and an award-winning Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Consultant. Cinzia’s leadership focuses on empathy and kindness, with an approach focusing on intersectionality. They work across the industry to help build awareness of issues surrounding DEI, and driving a culture of inclusion, knowledge sharing, and allyship. Alongside their role at Code Coven, Cinzia is a DEI consultant, a part of Limit Break’s committee, a BAFTA member, and helps manage a UK Games Industry community of over 5000 people.
