Richard was Technical Director of Sony's 25+ million selling SingStar franchise. A founder member of the project, he led the programming team from research and prototyping through to production, and oversaw the transition to PlayStation®3, which added innovative store and community features. With SingStar now evolving as a free-to-play service, he continues to define technical strategy for the franchise. More widely, he uses his experience to advocate for social gaming networks.
