London-based Bossa Studios is an indie games developer and publisher, well known for the critically acclaimed Surgeon Simulator and BAFTA-winning Monstermind. With five games in the market, played by millions of gamers worldwide, the company has brought a new take on how indie and social games are played and discovered. As the studio's co-founder, Roberta is listed amongst the top 100 women in games in the UK by MCV, and top 35 women under 35 by Management Today & The Sunday Times. With 13 years international experience in creating disruptive products and businesses within a range of industries (games, TV, luxury, fashion and mobile), she is keen to see more talented women in top jobs.
