All payments made through this website will be to Tandem Events and will show on your credit card statement as "Tandem Events".


Tandem Events endeavours to ensure that the information it provides through this website is accurate and accepts no liability for any errors and omissions.

It is your responsibility to check your passes as errors need to be reported as soon as possible and cannot always be rectified. We cannot be held responsible for any passes that are lost, stolen or damaged and replacement passes may incur a fee.
The event organisers or venue maintain the right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control without being obliged to offer refunds or exchanges.

Once your booking has been received via the online booking system, we will contact you to verify the details and confirm the booking. Fast-track passes will be sent to all delegates enabling them to skip the queues at the check-in desks on the day. The fast-track passes will only be valid on the day, if the booking has been paid for in full and the tickets have not been reassigned. The fast-track passes do not constitute proof of purchase. Anyone arriving without their fast track pass will be required to show some form of ID to gain entrance to the event. 

All prices quoted on this website are shown in UK Sterling (British Pounds). VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate (currently 20%) unless otherwise stated.

Full payment must be made at the time of booking by credit or debit card. If you wish to pay by any other method please contact the office.

1. Substitutions can be made at any time in writing
2. 50% + VAT will be charged for cancellations received on or before 12 June 2017
3. 100% + VAT will be charged for cancellations received after 12 June 2017
4. Cancellations must be made in writing to Tandem Events Ltd

Micro Indie passes are only available for development studios with fewer than 4 employees. We reserve the right to refuse to issue a Micro Indie Pass if we believe that you don’t genuinely meet the criteria.

DATA PROTECTION:The personal information provided by you will be held on a database by Tandem Events Ltd. We do not keep any credit card details on file once your payment has been processed. Your details will not be used for any other purpose unless you indicate otherwise on the booking form.
