Conference Delegate Bag

Distributed onsite to all conference attendees, this is a great way to gain added exposure and brand awareness for your company as they’re carried round the event.

• Includes one insert (to be delivered by midday on 9/7/12)

Delegate Bag Insert

Make sure your message is seen by all conference delegates.

• Quantity required = 1200 
• Inserts must be no larger than A4. CDs and DVDs are allowed but no food or drink, liquids or breakable objects are permitted.

Conference Wi-Fi

Free wi-fi is available to all delegates, press and expo visitors throughout the conference areas. This offers a branding opportunity on the landing page of the conference wi-fi, together with pre-event and onsite promotion.
